Spring break

We just came back from our Spring Break vacation. It was one of the best vacations I´ve ever had. I have to admit though that I thought that going to Acapulco for spring break was the craziest idea ever. But since we were going with Tomas, Diego´s youngest brother; his wife; and his daughter, to an apartment by the beach, we thought that the girls would be happy to spend some time with their cousin that they hadn´t seen in a year.

Well, the girls had a blast. And, for the first time in ages, I had a relaxing time. I didn´t have to worry about meals, or about the girls -because they were having fun at the beach and in the pool. And all I did was read, read and read. We didn´t have access to Internet, but that was good in a way. I got to browse some magazines, read the newspaper and even though I suffered withdrawal syndrome the first two days, it was gone after I found a book to read. Actually, I read two books. That was the best part.

I'm glad to hear that you had a nice vacation! I understand your feelings. We need to withdraw from the Internet once in a while to find time for other things. There are a lot of books piled up beside my bed. :-(O)
It's important to enjoy your blog and others at your own pace.
That is a lovely picture of your daughters and their cousin. What a beautiful sunset!
